Activities at Air and Space Museum Paris

Pilot Planet

Pilot Planet is an edutainment place dedicated to children 6 – 12 years old. The activity includes more than 40 interactive manipulations on the themes of aeronautics and space. Visit the cockpit of a passenger flight. Experience the life of an astronaut inside the Space station.

Reservation is not required for individuals. A reservation is required for groups. The one-hour sessions are at 10:30 Am, 12:00 Pm, 01:30 Pm, and 03:00 Pm.

Pilot Simulation

Take control of a one-hour flight. With your teammates experience the life of a pilot inside the cockpit. The flight simulator gives you the best experience throughout the entire program. Follow the flight plan and procedures that a pilot follows during the different phases.

You can experience the Pilot simulation on Saturday and Sunday, every day during school holidays in zone C. Sessions with reservation on the same day at the reception. Sessions are at 11:00 Am, 12:30 Pm, 02:30 Pm, and 04:00 Pm.

Planetarium

Discover the night sky and astronomy by sitting in a chair. Journey through the universe finding the stars, planets, and celestial objects, presented in front of your eyes and explained by a guide.

The planetarium can be visited on Wednesday and the first Sunday of each month. The sessions are at 11:00 Am, 12:00 Pm, 02:00 Pm, 03:00 Pm, and 04:00 Pm.

Control Tower

You can visit a control tower, which is the brain of air traffic control. Experience the view from the control tower, and how an air traffic controller controls the flight traffic. There are many things to be noted while visiting the control tower. The height, the position of the tower, the construction of the walls, and the inclination of the glass windows. Everything has a unique reason. Visit and experience at least once in a lifetime.

Control tower is open to the public on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays (Outside French school holidays in zone 3), From Tuesday to Sunday (During French school holidays in zone 3) at 10:30 Am, 11:30 Am., 02:00 Pm, and 03:00 Pm.
